Tung and I have been out for the morning looking at the practical application of barcoding in the market. Retail, government sector, manufacturing and distribution.
The attached photos are taken at a garment distribution centre. My contact Annmaree was kind enough to take us through the factory from inwards goods, lot locations, stock control, picking and packing using barcodes and RF technology and through the process to despatch… and then she got Mr Tung working…. it was suggested that I drop him off Monday morning to do a shift!!!
